An arts neighborhood on Bull Street south of Forsyth Park, started in the late 1990s by two SCAD students, with galleries, studios, vintage shops, murals and cafés such as the Starland Yard food-truck park.

About
Starland grew out of the late 1990s, when two SCAD students set up in the area; Visit Savannah describes it as a melting-pot neighborhood full of galleries, studios and funky shops such as Starlandia Art Supply.
The district centers on Bull Street around 40th and 41st streets, between Forsyth Park and Victory Drive. Visitors come for vintage shopping, records, original art and food, including the rotating food trucks at Starland Yard and the Bull Street location of Leopold's Ice Cream.
